written response in itemized letter format indicating where the clouded or otherwise
highlighted changes can be found on the revised plans, have been submitted to a Permit
Coordinator.
nd
Resubmittals must be made at the Development Services Department on the 2 Floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th, & F from 8am-4:30pm and from 8:30am-12pm on Wednesdays.
General Review Note:
1.The plumbing installation depicted requires a grease interceptor to be installed to provide
waste pretreatment per the Development Services Department Engineering Division and the
Public Works Department of the City of Edmonds see attached. The proposed size and
location of the grease interceptor and its installation criteria, including the invert elevations
for the drain lines serving the interceptor and the connection to the sanitary side sewer,
should be shown on the site plan to guide proper review, construction, and inspection. The
installation of the grease interceptor can be added to the scope of work to be done under this
permit or under that of a separate permit. Either way, approval for the currently proposed
plumbing work cannot be obtained until the required grease interceptor for the installation
has been submitted.
