3. Occupancy Plan (A1.5)
a. Occupancy Floor plan, Occupancy Plan Key, and Occupancy Calculations — Clarify the
assignment of the various functions of space used in determining the occupant load. The
areas identified I the "function of space" column of IBC Table 1004.1.2 are intended to
be applied to the general use of the space as a whole when the "occupant load factor" is
based on gross floor area. The presence of restrooms, small mechanical and storage
areas, etc., are accounted for in the assigned occupant load factors for the various
functions of space.
RESPONSE: Occupancy recalculated and revised per Cross sf per IBC Table 1004.1.2, see
sheet A1.5.
4. Egress Plan (A1.6)
a. Required Number of Exits and Egress Notes — Update the provided information as
required by the response to plan review comment #3 above.
