These include, but are not limited to, siding, weather resistive barrier, flashing and window installation. Please refer to the plans submitted to and approved by the City of Edmonds. We have conducted periodic site observations and photo documentation, and water penetration resistance testing of a representative sample of windows and window installations to confirm that the limited building envelope repairs were constructed in substantial conformance with the design documents, To the best of our professional judgment and belief, the observed and tested limited building envelope repairs were completed in substantial conformance with the design documents. Kilburn Architects LLC provided professional services for the design and administration of the Richmar Condominiums remediation project, and reviewed the construction of the limited building envelope repairs solely to determine whether such repairs were done in substantial conformance with the design documents for the remediation project. Kilburn Architects LLC makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind regarding, and is not responsible for, the nature, quality, and/or condition of the construction of the limited building envelope repairs observed and tested by Kilburn Architects LLC, including but not limited to the means and methods used in such construction, the quality of such construction, whether such construction meets industry standards, or whether such construction complies with applicable building codes and state law.
