It can be preliminary drawings and information but we will need at the minimum a vicinity map showing location of the site, a site plan (hand drawn is fine. scale 1 "=20ft) showing proposed building location, driveways etc. and the DRC application. We are in the feasibilty period to determine if purchasing this lot for multifamily development makes sense. He recommended your Development Review Committee Meeting, option 2 as a good way to ask questions of the city. We would like very much to schedule a meeting with you at your earliest opening. I do see where you are asking for site plans, vicinity maps and floor plans. We are not nearly this far along in the process. Our questions would be of a much more general nature about the probability of being able to develop this lot. Can we hope to use this meeting format at our early stage of feasibility review to make our decision regarding the purchase of this lot. Please advise and thank you!
