Here it is with driveway. We currently have a 15 easement to Edmonds Way recorded on the deed. I have
been speaking with listing agent regarding acquiring additional 15 foot to comply with code, our chances
look good.

OK, Thanks, working on that drawing now. It is hard to draw it to scale as it is odd shapes and all we have is a
metes and bounds description. I superimposed our plan onto a title company plot plan but it is not to a specific

We will need something from you that shows how you want to develop the site. It can be preliminary
drawings and information but we will need at the minimum a vicinity map showing location of the site, a site
plan (hand drawn is fine. scale 1 "=20ft) showing proposed building location, driveways etc. and the DRC
application. In aider to schedule a DRC for .luly 20 we will need this information by this Thursday, the
14"' Our meetings are only held on Thursdays and they are a first come first Nerve basis. We do 2 separate
meetings on Thursdays, 1:30 and 3pm. The more information you can give us prior to the meeting the more
beneficial it will be for you.

I was just in visiting your planner Keman Lien. 1 explained to Kernan that I represented a buyer for a lot in
Edmonds. We are in the feasibilty period to determine if purchasing this lot for multifamily development makes
sense. He recommended your Development Review Committee Meeting, option 2 as a good way to ask
questions of the city. We would like very much to schedule a meeting with you at your earliest opening. I do see
where you are asking for site plans, vicinity maps and floor plans. We are not nearly this far along in the
process. Our questions would be of a much more general nature about the probability of being able to develop
this lot.
Can we hope to use this meeting format at our early stage of feasibility review to make our decision regarding
the purchase of this lot.
