See Handout B18. f s v vi 6) Per state law, plans for buildings larger than 4000 square feet must be stamped by a State licensed Architect or Professional Engineer, including structural plans and calculations. 7) The square footage of the building as shown complies with Allowable Area requirements for A2, B and M occupancies, for either Type V-A or Type V-B construction, without considering increases for fire sprinklers or frontage.
