During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can be found
on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a permit coordinator in the Development Services
Department. Thank you.
Sheet A1.01
1.The change of occupancy requires that accessible parking be provided. Please show at least one
accessible stall (van accessible), and signage for the stall. IEBC 410.4.2 #4 and IBC 1111.1
Sheet A2.01
2.Show handrails on both sides of existing stairs to second floor, complete with top and bottom
extensions where space allows. IBC 1011.11; IEBC 401.3 and 407.1
3.Provide drinking fountains for both wheelchair acceesible and for standing persons. This may be one
combination unit. IEBC 410.4.2 and 410.7; ICC A117.1 Section 602.4
4.Provide accessible signage per IBC 1112 where applicable, including at inaccessible entrances and
restrooms.
5.Show sufficient information and details on the plans to show accessibility requirements for the mini
golf course. IBC 1110.4.12 and ICC A117.1 Section 1107.3

6.Provide a completed energy form for Interior Lighting. Please include wattage for each light fixture
type on the plan and verify that the lighting plan agrees with the information on the form. Note that
lighting controls shall meet WSEC section C405.2. Reference WSEC C505.1
