Departments attend the meeting, provide written
comments and answer questions regarding the proposed
project. This meeting is encouraged for major projects
prior to a formal application submittal to the City. The
goal is to identify MAJOR issues and discuss
processing procedures applicable to the project.

Hello -
I am submitting that attached information in hopes of securing a meeting next Thursday 11-03-16 (either time slot). We
are proposing the demolition of an existing single family structure (and detached garage) and construction of a new SFR
with an attached two -car garage.
Most of our questions revolve around site related issues;
1. Is the proposed drive acceptable?
2. What are the Right of Way requirements (if any)?
3. What drainage information will be required?
4. I'm sure we will have some miscellaneous minor questions to add at the meeting.
I have attached several items that will help to complete the picture of our preliminary proposal. Please let me know
what times are available.
