Since the initial plan review, the scope of work has been revised for this project. We are submitting
revised drawings, as well as responses from the plan review comments, for review. See below for a
description of the changes on each sheet.

1. Sheet A-0.1—Scope of work, Sheet index, and Project Team
Permit Revision #2: Sheets A7.1 and A8.1 were added to the sheet index.
Owner Revision #3: We have revised the scope of work to a smaller footprint per
our client's request. Sheets A4.0 and A4.1 were removed from the scope of work,
and the client selected a different contractor as shown under The Project Team on
the Cover Sheet, A0.1.
2. Sheet A0.2 — Scope of Work Change and Occupant Load Update
Permit Revision #2: Water fountain was added to Reception Area, 101.
Owner Revision #3: Scope of work has changed to only include room 119 and 124.
Space occupancy loads were updated to reflect scope of work changes.
3. Sheet AM —Owner Revision #3: Revised area of work.
4. Sheet A2.0 — Changes to Demo Notes and Scope of Work
Permit Revision #2: Added note to prepare area for new drinking fountain.
Owner Revision #3: Demolition key notes have been edited, and area of work has
been reduced.
5. Sheet A2.1— Changes to Scope of Work
Permit Revision #2: Water fountain added to room 101, Elevation bubble in room
124 has been clarified, and elements along the north interior wall of room 119 will
be simple office desks procured and placed by the owner.
Owner Revision #3: Scope of work has changed to only include room 119, 124.

6. Sheet A3.0 — Changes to Scope of Work
Owner Revision #3: Demolition Key notes and areas of work are updated to show
new scope of work.
7. Sheet AM — Changes to Scope of Work and Lighting Controls
Permit Revision #2: Light reduction controls, occupancy sensors, means of egress
lighting, and exit signs are now indicated on plan.
Owner Revision #3: Areas of work have been revised, and Reflected ceiling notes,
legend and schedule have been updated.
8. Sheet A-4.0 — Owner Revision #3: Sheet removed from scope of work
9. Sheet A4.1— Owner Revision #3: Sheet removed from scope of work
10. Sheet A6.1— Details Updated with Scope of Work Changes
Owner Revision #3: Removal of detail numbers 3, 17, 18, 19, 20. Added Details
number 4, and 9.
11. Sheet A7.1— Interior Elevations Updated with Scope of Work Changes
Permit Revision #2: Addition of elevation 4
Owner Revision #3: Removal of elevations 1 and 2.
12. Sheet A8.1— Details Updated with Scope of Work Changes
Owner Revision #3: Removal of detail numbers 3 and 5.
13. Sheet A9.1— Schedules and remarks updated, changed or removed.
Owner Revision #3: In the door schedule, one conference room door was removed,
and one scheduling room door was added to the scope of work. Frame type 1 was
replaced with a standard swing door type, and hardware group descriptions were
updated. Exterior window schedule and exterior window types were removed due to
new scope of work. Room finishes were updated per new scope of work areas.
