Please reply that you can open all the files. Our questions include: Will there be any frontage improvements required? What are all the permits that will be required? What land use process is required, if any? Can you please provide an estimate of the permit fees for entire project. What are the utility connection fees? Are the utility mains in 238th sufficient for our project? (sewer, water, storm, power) Is there a formal design review process or is it through the building permit application? Are there any critical areas on site that need addressing? Are there any height bonus opportunities? Can the parking ratio for apartments be modified in anticipation of likely changes via the Hwy 99 Master Plan?
