Response to Pat Lawler regarding drew permit ToWaldo, Fosmore <wallyl t )smore(,,,oriskructioa .cr)rrm> 1. Beam calculations for the garage header to be replaced.. Beam spans for the load calculations should be from center of required bearing to center of required bearing. I've included the beam calculation sheet from Boise Cascade. 2. Call out headers for window and door replacements. Include all new window sues and U values. Typical Door, and Wndow Headers are 4x8 DF #2 or better with the exception of the new kitchen window which wilil be a 4x10 DF #2 or better. The new windows will be unglazed and aluminum framed to match existing with a U factor of .78. The window dimensions have been added to the plan. These notes appear on pages 4 and 5 of the plans. 3. If the deck and patio door at the dining area adjacent to the kitchen are to be newly constructed, provide construction details and a plot plan with location. A plot plan has been added as page 1 with construction details and lot coverage. Preston Fosmore Residential Designer 160"Fosmore ConstTactioninc
