City of Edmonds From: Strotkamp Architects David Estes (206)-979-8320 Email: dhestes aiagfrontier.com Additional information request 13 Feb 2017 Per discussion and per Completeness letter dated 18 January 2017 and follow on letter dated 13 February 2017 in reference to the above project find attached and per the transmittal additional information as per your request. In addition to the additional comments from the Engineering Division, a minor revision to the building footprint has been incorporated. To add substainable energy into the project required enlarging the oil room for 16'x 16' to 32' x 16'. This change is not visible from Highway 99 and is barely visible along 212' Street SW. Based on the letter and our discussion we have included the entire Vesting drawing package for simplification in tracking and documentation. Engineering Division Comments Lb Thank you for providing the requested cross sections. Section "C-C" through the west end of 212th St SW is showing an existing 4-foot wide sidewalk with another note to remove a 1 -foot section of the existing sidewalk at the tree grate. The existing 212th St SW frontage currently has a landscape strip between the street and the sidewalk that is to be removed. The final condition along this western section of the frontage shall be a 7- foot wide sidewalk with 3 x 3 tree grates appropriately spaced. Please revise Section C-C Comment See revised Preliminary site Plan Sheet PC- 1. 1 Rev "3 " dated 24 Feb. 2017 for response to this requirement. : The existing sidewalk is 5' and will be 4' when the 3x3' tree grates are installed. The callouts in the section have been revised to reflect these dimensions.
