Contractor for Mia foods has requested final for TI.
But since the business has changed from food manufacturing to restaurant, I informed him a revision is needed.
Per Elaine at DOH, Mia Foods submitted a revision on 1/16/17 to expand business from food manufacturing to
restaurant.
Mia is aware she needs to submit a revision to the City also.
