Thank you for your detailed review on this project. The flowing is our
responses for your comment regarding the changes you review comments.
The plumbing plans of the kitchen clearly show which fixtures go where. These
plans show the fixtures connected to the GT and fixtures going to the sanitary
with dedicated waste lines.
Response: We verifiod again and recalculated a// DFU acco�! i'li �g to plumbing
review corrections.
2. Pretreatment accepts the submitted kitchen plans and will offer no changes.

3. An approved/signed GT sizing sheet is required before this permit can be
approved by pretreatment.
Response: GT sizing sheet is provided and also attached in this letter
4. Please complete and return to me by email the Hydromechanical Grease
Interceptor portion of the City of Edmonds Grease Trap & Grease Interceptor
Permit Submittal Requirements Form. The Hydromechanical Grease interceptor
sizing work sheet will be included with this plan review when sent to the permit
applicant.

5. Will the GT be installed above ground or underground? If the GT is installed
underground, be sure to leave sufficient space above the GT for removing the lid
during GT maintenance.
Response: the GT will be installed underground, We set it Linder a removable s.s.
work table to prevent wolkers tripped on the grease trap cover. It will be easy for
grease trap cleaning process since the work table can be easily slide out.
6. The smallest size permitted for a grease trap is 35 gallons.
Response.- calculated size as 35 GPM, noted on plan as an min. size required.
