To Whom it May Concern,
This letter and the attached exhibit address the as -built location of the foundation walls at 932
Olympia Avenue.
On November 17, 2016 our field crew recovered the original horizontal and vertical survey control
used by Tyee Surveyors to create the topographic survey. We located the existing poured foundation
walls, mostly in the southern portion of the house and the forms built for the remaining walls. We
located the outside face of the walls and the inside face of the forms.
Also, we obtained elevations of the tops of the existing walls, see the attached exhibit.
The attached exhibit shows that the walls are outside of the setbacks.
