We are pleased to present this geotechnical engineering report for the property at 23C16 — 94th
Avenue West in Edmonds. The scope of our services consisted of exploring site surface and
subsurface conditions, and then developing this report to provide recommendations for general
earthwork and design criteria for foundations, retaining walls, pavements, and infiltration, This
work was authorized by your acceptance of our proposal, P-6942, dated December 29, 2005.
The attached report contains a discussion of the Study and our recommendations. Please contact
