1.) Lot Coverage:
Calculations have been updated to reflect the corrected lot size. MAY 19 201/
2.) Height Calculations: BUILDING DEPAR rMENT
Point "C" has been corrected based upon original topography. CITY OF EDMONDS
3.) Setbacks:
BSBL's have been corrected to reflect 7.50' as defined by the lot classification.
11. Mitch Boyd Comments:
1.) General:
- Construction sequence notes have been added to the cover/site plan.
- The project as a whole is not large enough to need general construction notes without
repeating the Construction sequence notes.
2.) Site Plan:
- The proposed silt fence locations are now showing on the site plan.
- The construction entrance is the existing driveway. All proposed BIVIP's are showing on
the plan. As the project is a minor addition and not a new dwelling all permanent stormwater
implements are in place.
- The standard filter sock detail has been added to the plan as well as noted.
- Disturbed soils note has been added to the plan.
- Installation and maintenance of the temporary BIVIP's note has been added to the plan.
- Utility main locations within the private drive are unknown. Utilities as shown are
known and will be verified when locations are scheduled.
- New stormwater mitigation from the new roof area is to be tied into the existing
system as has been noted on the plan and this tight line is showing on the plan and denoted
with "SD".
- Again the stormwater line is established on -site and we simply branching into this line
with the added (2) downspouts. Depth of this line will not be known until excavation, at which
time actual cover will be determined based upon the minimum requirements.
- The new footing drain and storm drain(s) are being connected to the current storm
drain system.
