During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building, or
Fire may result in additional comments. Please submit two (2) sets of revised plans/documents
including a written response to each item below.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2 d floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30prn and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details, application and other forms, and development code
may be referenced on the City website: www.edinoi1dswzwQov under Services/Permits and
Development.
GENERAL
1) Include construction sequence. Refer to sample on City websit
2) Include General Construction Notes. Refer to sample -on City websitc.
SITE PLAN
1) Incorporate and reference City standard detail E 1. 1 for silt fencing.
2) Show construction entrance on the plans and incorporate and reference City standard detail
E1.2. Alternatively, if the existing driveway is to be used for the construction entrance,
please indicate how construction stormwater will be mitigated.
3) Please show and add a note to the plans that filter socks will be added to any catch basins
downstream from the construction site. Incorporate and reference City standard detail E1.3.
4) Please add a note to the plans that all disturbed soils will be compost amended per BMP
T5.13.
5) All utilities should be shown from the city main line/lateral to the structure. Please show
storm, sewer, and gas utility lines.
6) Please show how runoff from the proposed addition will be mitigated (ie. Connect
downspouts to existing storm system, etc.)

Site Plan
1. Site plan note added "See Page 10 for additional information7
City detail for Silt fencing added to Page 10.
2. Site plan note added Driveway to be used as Construction Entrance.
Construction stormwater to be directed to Westerly lawn area adjacent driveway and overlaid with
straw as necessary. Yard drain at comer of garage, near this area, to have a silt sock installed.
3. Note added to Site plan for Silt sock in storm drain and note added "See Page 10 for additional
information" to see City detail for silt sock installation added to Page 10.
4. Note added to Site plan for compost amended soil per BMP T5.13
5. Utility lines have been added to site plan.
6. Note added to site plan that runoff from addition will be tied into existing drainage lines to existing
yard drain to existing Storm drain in right of way.
Amended Plans include a Revised Site plan (page 1) dated 5-26-17 and all new additional Page 10.
