Enclosed you will find two copies of the revised plan sheet A5.Oa showing roof ventilation and
the spec sheet for roof ventilator.
We revised the venting calculations and the power ventilator in the middle of the roof. The
inspector wanted to see how we are venting the roof and wanted the mechanical engineer to
verify the ventilator which he has done and why we changed it.
If you have questions or need anything else, please advise.
Thank you,

Regarding the Edmonds Memory Care Facility located at 21006 72 Avenue NW in
Edmonds, Washington:
I have reviewed the proposed attic ventilation solution proposed on Sheet A5.0 along
with the cut sheet provided for the proposed attic ventilation fan. My calculations
indicate that the proposed system will be self -balancing and meet the intent of the
International Building Code for attic ventilation.
Sincerely,
Dumais - Romans, Inc.
