be conducted under the 2015 codes including Washington State amendments. Please
provide an updated evaluation report to reflect current codes.
2. Section 5.7 of the provided evaluation references page S3 for calculations justifying the
additional loading to an existing structure. Page S3 does not appear to have been
provided. Please provide page S3 or calculations to justify the additional loading.
Sheet 5:
3. The assumed existing single 2"xV P.T joists supporting the exterior walls of the proposed

the proposed structure and the IOPSF of "dead load" and 40PSF "live load" exceeds the
allowable limits of a single P.T. 2"x8" joist. Please advise and change on the plans to
accommodate the applicable loads.
