Per your request, attached is our analysis of what the replacement cost would be of the existing
house at the above referenced address. Also included in our analysis is the value of the
remaining items/structure after the specific demolition planned, based on the remodel plans
being permitted.
We arrived at these numbers based on: 1) our previous experience completing similar remodels
and construction projects over many years, 2) pricing we re6eived from product/material supply
houses we called and received quotes from, and 3) bids we received from sub -contractors we
contacted for this analysis.
We are very confident in our numbers and the accompanying analysis, but are happy to discuss
