The following are our responses to your Plan Check for the above project:
1) Health Department Review — Response: Project is currently under review by Snohomish County
Health.

2) Project Information
a) Project Information — Response: Occupancy Load Calculations have been revised. See
revised detail 6 Occupancy and Exit Diagram.
b) Occupancy Separation — Response: Occupancies are separated. See revised note in Project
information.
3) Occupancy and Exit Diagram
a) Length factor — Response: See revised detail 6 Occupancy and Exit Diagram.
b) Required exits - Response: A partial height (8') wall has been added. Kitchen and storage
areas are now off of a common pathway. The exit path does not go through these spaces.
The Occupancy and Exit Diagram has been modified to show this more clearly.
c) Door 04 — Response: Door 04 has been changed to a pocket door. Door schedule has been
revised to indicate ADA compliant pocket door hardware.

a) Posting of Occupant Load — Response: See added plan note in margin of Sheet A2.0.

been modified to allow for 36" min. aisle width.
