On sheet M001 — Schedules:
4. Split System Heat Pump Schedule — Indoor Unit — FCU-1 — Clarify on the plans
the specified minimum 'OSA' to be provided for the 'Exercise Room'. It does not
appear to meet the minimum requirements of International Mechanical Code
(IMC) Table 403.3.1.1.
Response: OSA increased to accommodate 40 ppl/1000 sf of usable floor area.

On sheet M206.W — Roof Plan West:
65. Roof Plan West — Clarify on the plans the 'vent hoods' protecting the termination
point of various exhaust outlets and ducts represented at the following locations:

Response: With the exception of RTU-1, no units pull outside air. The OSA intake
for RTU-1 has been extended to pull from outside of the 10' limit from the exhaust
hoods. Ref M206.W
On sheet M301 — Enlarged Unit Plans:
66. Plan 4 — Unit A3 — Roof — Enlarged Unit Plan - Clarify on the plans the specified
whole house ventilation rate for fan 'EF-1'. It does not appear to meet the required
minimum ventilation rate per IMC Table 403.8.1 for the represented floor
area/number of bedrooms.
Response: Ventilation rate changed. Ref sheet M301.
