1. The energy notes indicate the home will comply with the prescriptive requirements of table
R402.1.1. The home must also comply with section R406 of the Washington State energy
code. Section R406 requires additional energy credits to be utilized to further benefit the
energy efficiency of the home. Please select an additional 3.5 credits from table 406.2 of the
2015 Washington State energy code and add those additional credits as well as indicate the
ratings of the individual appliances to the plans.

2. General notes referencing smoke and CO detectors to direct wired are referenced on sheet
AO. These smoke and CO detectors have specific requirements. Please indicate the location of
each Smoke and CO detector in compliance with R314 and R315 of the 2015 IRC, including
any state amendments on the plans.

3. It appears that each door has been labeled with a number for identification. A door schedule
has not been provided on the plans. Please provide a door schedule on the plans that
identifies size and safety features if applicable.

4. The windows on the plans do not include any indicating factors. Please include on the plans
individual window sizes, egress compliance, and any applicable safety features in accordance
with section R308 of the 2015 IRC.
