Final inspection report for Building Enclosure Elements for Buflding A

All inspections performed at the project were based on the builder's plans and
specifications, product manufacturer's specifications, and good industry standards and
practice. All references made are to the plans and specifications developed specifically
for the project. Course of construction inspections were performed of the building
enclosure for the purpose of quality application of material to meet city approved plans
and specifications. Site inspection reports were submitted during course of construction
and a full report and photos was submitted to owner. Inspections comply with
requirements of RCW64-55.
All following areas were inspected and observed to be completed with no outstanding
correction items.
The window water penetration resistance testing was perfon-ned per RCW 64.55.050 on a
sample of windows at the project and the results were a pass.
Window flashing and installation; sliding door flashing and installation; weather barrier;
siding flashing and trim caulking; deck to wall attachment flashing; and exterior
penetrations.
