Mr. Miller,
As you are aware, Richard Swanson, the architect we hired for the Cedar Creek Memory Care project,
recently passed away unexpectedly. We have hired Lyle Andy Bremmeyer with Wedgewood
Architectural Services as the substitute design professional in responsible charge for the remainder of
the project.
Andy Bremmeyer is an acceptable alternative to Mr. Swanson. Please accept this letter as our response
to General Plan Review Note #8. We have included a letter written by Mr. Bremmeyer, in which he has
accepted the prior work prepared, signed and stamped by Richard Swanson.
