he general scope of Revision Delta 4 is to add an 800 Room (E1345) in compliance with USP 797. Theplacementof
the 800 Room (E1345) is requires to be placed adjacent to the Chemo Room (E1344). The Electrical Room (E1360) is
displaced and relocated at the end of Hall El 350.001. The addition of the 800 Room (El 345) displaces the Electrical
room (El 360) to the end of Corridor (El 350.002). Other design changes were incorporated as described below
