During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can be
found on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a permit coordinator in the Development
Services Department. Text that is italicized below is thatfor unresolved comments.
New comments (41912018):
The most recent information (provided via email) for the polycarbonate roofpanels applies to the
Amerilux MR 12 " corrugatedpanels, and appears to be adequatefor determining the structural
requirements in comment #8 below. However, the product testing information previously provided
that applies to thefire resistive properties addressed in comment #10 below isfor an entirely
different product, the Makrolon Multi Wall 8mm sheet. Please clearly state which roofingproduct
will be used, andprovide the lacking information accordingly.
Please coordinate the roofing product callouts and associated information on the Nexus plan
sheets, showing whichever of the two products you choose to use. (Currently, GH-1. 1, GH-2. 0
and GH-2. I specify the corrugatedpanels, while sheet GH-3. 0 contains detailsfor the multi -wall
product.)
