This letter addresses comments made by City staff members. I have tried to format this letter to match the provided comment letter for easier understanding. General 1. A RM Permit Application will be submitted for this project. 2. A side sewer application will be submitted for this project. 3. A stormwater covenant will be provided but not recorded until the City deems it necessary. 4. Easements are shown on the plan. However, not all easements have AFNs since they were recorded on the face of the short plat. 5. Noted. TESC 6. Infiltration areas are shown and labeled to be protected. 7. Note added to this sheet. 8. Note added. DRAINAGE AND GRADING PLANS 9. Note added to the plans and slope arrow with label added. 10. Driveway asphalt surfacing added. 11. Asphalt berms are shown to ensure stormwater is directed to the proposed grated drains. 12. Additional spot elevations are shown to clarify the grading. 13. Stairs are shown in the "gap". 14. All necessary proposed contours are shown on the plans. 15. Elevations for the stair landings added. 16. Floor elevations added to the plan. 17. Noted added regarding patching. 18. All infiltration trenches are located a minimum of 5' from any property line. o SES" I B 19. A dry well for the footing drains has been added to the plans. 20. Meter and services updated based on fire comments. 25. The 10' separation between the water and sewer services is shown and the dry utilities are located south of the sewer service. 26. No irrigation is proposed. 27. Sewer cleanout along with cast iron lamphole callouts added to plans. 28. Sewer invert elevations added. 29. Note has been added regarding Tying the existing service. 30. Note added. SOIL MANAGEMENT 31. Note added... 1. The Geotech has addressed these items and his response letter is included in this resubmittal package. 2. The drainage report has been updated to reference the exact areas tributary to each infiltration trench. Basin map has been updated to match. 3. The infiltration note has been updated with specific instructions for protecting the LID BMPs. Stockpiles have been shifted to no longer be over an infiltration trench. 4. Asphalt berm added as noted in previous comments/responses. 5. City of Edmonds standard driveway pavement section detail added to plans. 6. CB/drain detail revised as requested. 7. Standard trench updated to show depth of gravel. 8. Cleanouts removed from the end of the trenches on the plans. 9. All trenches located a minimum of 5' from any property line. 10.
