The plans indicate the wine cellar as "unheated" space. The proposed door to the wine cellar must comply with Washington State Ënergy Code R 402.2.4. Please add the applicable notes to the plans. When sizing your framing members, be sure to use both the incising and wet service factors in addition to the minimum of 60PSF of live loading as required in table R301.5. The plans indicate gas fireplaces to be located in bedrooms 2 and 3 as well as the master suite. IRC 315.3 require a carbon monoxide detector to be installed within each bedroom with a fuel burning appliance. Please add the required detectors to the plans.
