Itemized below is our response to the engineering review comments in the May 15, 2018 letter for the
above referenced project. Our response appears in bold.
GEOTECHNICAL REPORT
a. The geotechnical report submitted with the building permit application does not address the
requirements of ECDC 23.80.060 or ECDC 23.80.070. Please submit a geotechnical report addendum
that specifically addresses the required findings in ECDC 23.80.060.A and ECDC 23.80.070.
Please refer to the attached geotechnical letter dated 7/25/18.
b. Subdivision Application: The geotechnical repot also address the three -lot subdivision that has been
applied for on the subject property under file number PLN20180033. Please note that further peer
review will be required for the subdivision portion of the application PLN20180033 is currently
under a 28-day completeness review which is due May 31, 2018. Comments specific to the
subdivision will be provided with the completeness review.
