Based on the tree removal plan provided by the client (clip below), we understand that seventeen additional trees outside the original clearing limits on the upland portion of lo g q the lot will be removed. None of these trees is on or within 10 to 20 feet of the steep slope. We previously recommended no vegetation buffer on the site since the site boundary is already 10 to 20 feet from the steep slope area.
