driveway that exceed 14%. All portions of the driveway need to be 14o/o or under. Please keep
in mind that if you design at 'l 4o/o, il creates a situation where the contractor has no margin for
error.

STORMWATER ENGINEER REVIEW
See below for additional comments. The previous review comments by City Stormwater
Engineer, Zachary Richardson have been addressed. Please contact Zack directly at 425-771-
0220 or by email at zacharv.richardson{ôedmondswa.gov with any specific questions you may
have regarding his comments.
1) The final drain pipe, connecting to the public drainage system, is laid backwards and will
direct right-of-way runoff onto the site. Revise the drainage design so that a minimum of 0.5%
positive slope is achieved.
