The parties do hereby agree that upon enlry of Agreed order and
]udgment stating the above that Snohomish County Cause 00-2-05215-2 shall be
dismissed with prejudice and without costs and each party to bear their own
attorney fees
A non-exclusive easement for ingress, egress and utilities ovet
along and across the S 20 ft of the E 148 ft of that portion of the
QW quarler oj the NE quarter of Section 25 Township 22 N,
Range 3 E, W.M., described as foilows:
