Resubmittals must be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd Floor of
City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th, & F from 8am-4:30pm and from 8:30am-12pm
on Wednesdays.
General:
The scope of work indicated on the permit application includes, removing walls,
relocation of appliances, new cabinets and countertops. When working within a
multifamily building and removing structural elements, a Washington State licensed
Engineer must be obtained. The Engineer of Record must verify the proposed changes
and provide a report indicating the proposed changes have been reviewed and approved.
Please provide a report and plans from a licensed Washington State Engineer verifying the
proposed structural changes.
Upon review of the resubmitted documents, additional comments may be generated.
