(WC') has completed the second review of the proposed Edmonds Crossing Apartments project located in Edmonds, WA. This review was based upon the following: 1. Revised architectural drawings dated 11/14/2019 by Haynes Wilson Lund Architects LLC, sealed and signed by Haynes Lund, Registered Architect. 2. Revised structural drawings dated 10/25/2019 by AUE sealed and signed by William O. Armour. Revised calculations were also provided. The 2015 International Codes, as adopted by the State of Washington, were used as the basis of our review. Specific comments regarding this project are enclosed with this cover letter.
