A grading permit will be required. Planning has been notified of this requirement. 2.Drainage / Detention  The proposed total impervious surface for the site, 2277 sf, triggers the requirement for a detention system. Please include an appropriately-sized system for your project. A handout has been included for your review.  Please note how and where the roof drains tie into the required detention system.  Note how and where the footing drains are to empty (Note: footing drains are not to tie directly to the detention system. See handout for details.  Show how the detention system ties into city storm conveyances.  Show how the driveway drains to the detention system. 3.Utilities  Show the side sewer from the house to the main. Be mindful of the requirements for cleanouts at the property line and at the house.  Show the water service line from the house to the meter. NOTE: the meter will be required to be th placed at the right-of-way line at 210 St, SW.  Note a minimum 10’ separation requirement between the water and sewer lines. DATE FAXED 10/4/06 PAGE _1___ OF __2_ 4.Site Plan  Because of the requirement to run the water service line from the house to 210 St SW, the site plan must include the entire length of the access road, with the water line location noted.  Please locate the sewer main in the access road.  Please note the actual location of the existing catch basin in the access road.
