Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to Marie Harrison. MEMO: Please find attached the Engineering Review Comments for your project. The engineering program manager, Jeanie McConnell, will be proofing the review, so there may be an adjustment here or there in the comment content. However, the changes are not likely to be large, so we agreed to release these comments so you could get a good start on them. —Ed GENERAL 1. Not Done: Please provide an itemized estimate for both on -site and off -site (right-of-way) improvements, includmig traffic control. You will be required to place a bond for 120% of the City approved estimate for the off -site improvements. The 2.2% inspection fee is based on 120% of the City approved estimate for the entire project improvements. 2. OK. 3. Needs Work: A Traffic Control and Haul Route plan is missing. Please *include with your next submittal. a. The Haul Route may be superimposed on the Vicinity map, rather than expressed in sentences. In order to minimize disruption of residents, please adjust route to the site to be from SR99 to westbound 212 St SW, then north on 72 d Ave W, then west on 2 1 oth to the site. b. A Traffic Control Plan has not been submitted. 4. OK. Sheet ALI, Site Plan 1. OK. 2. Trash enclosures. The Recycling Coordinator notes that the location of the trash enclosure is acceptable, but requires a interior width of 16' for the enclosure. He also recommends that the gates be secured to wooden or steel posts, rather than directly to the CMU walls, as the expansion bolts in the CMU will work themselves out in time. 3 OK. 3. 1.
