Site Location: 21229 84th Avenue West C. Introduction: An existing medical clinic is proposing to replace an existing freestanding sign with a new freestanding sign at 21229 84th Avenue West. D. Staff Analysis: 1. Material: A metal -framed, plastic -faced cabinet sign is proposed. 2. Lighting: No lighting is proposed with the sign. 3. Colors: The applicant is proposing blue and burgundy letters on a white background with burgundy trim. 4. Sign Location: The sign is proposed to be located in a planting bed south of the central vehicle drive aisle. 5. Landscaping: The Community Development Code requires an area of landscaping twice the size of the square footage of the proposed sign. In this case the applicant is proposing to install a landscape bed which meets the minimum standards. 6.
