Among the reasons for my wish to appeal this decision of the

The latte is,confirmed by the fact that the parties, both City

and applicant, have f ound it necessary to initiate the present
process involving posting and distributing notice s of intent.
Also, the formal Notice of Decision received by me is vague in
its definition. As to what may now or at some later date con
atitute a "parent and childbirth education office" could be
anything from a fully staffed medical or health clinic down to
merely a device to qualify for some tax deduction or to many other
things between those two possibilities
No matter uhat, all such are contrary to code and offend the
reasons why the people of F dmonds chose to live in those sections
