During review of the civil drawings for the proposed project it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed. Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised civil drawings and associated documents with
a written response to each item to an Engineering Technician. Please contact me at 425-771-0220 or by e-mail at
sibrel@ci.edmonds.wa.us if you have specific questions regarding these plan corrections.
The extents of the proposed tenant improvements are consistent with the uses originally foreseen under the
original building permit BLD20070684. The improvements are approved by engineering provided:
Item #2 of Gina Coccia’s planning comments dated February 10, 2009, regarding parking calculations, is
adequately addressed.
Note: The original traffic impact fee of $10,627.82 is to be paid in full prior to engineering final acceptance of
the project permitted under BLD20070684.
