The extents of the proposed tenant improvements are consistent with the uses originally foreseen under the original building permit BLD20070684. The improvements are approved by engineering provided: Item #2 of Gina Coccia’s planning comments dated February 10, 2009, regarding parking calculations, is adequately addressed. Note: The original traffic impact fee of $10,627.82 is to be paid in full prior to engineering final acceptance of the project permitted under BLD20070684.
