Please find attached revised site plans, which reflect the changes as requested in the plan
review dated August 20, 2019. Our response to each comment is shown below in bold.
NEW COMMENT
1. The purveyor for sewer is listed as OVWSD on sheet C1.0 should be COE.
This has been updated.
2. The 4" side sewer clean out at the house should be as close to a 2 ft distance to the
house as possible. While 2ft may not be possible, please relocate the clean out closer
to the house avoiding structures and sidewalk.
The clean out has been moved closer to the house.
GENERAL
4. Submit side sewer permit application.
Owner to submit application.
11. 8.20.19 A Stromwater Covenant is required.
The Covenant is included with this submittal.
TESC
2. Construction entrance is to protect the right of way from debris. It should be located at
the entrance of the short plat on Lot 3. The area where the construction entrance is shown
now is proposed to have pervious pavement. Outline the area and make note that heavy
equipment should avoid the area as much as feasible. Show construction entrance on the
plans and incorporate and reference New City standard details.
The construction sequence of the homes has been determined. We propose to keep
the construction entrance, but added notes to protect the subgrade and
geotechnicall supervision.
