Please find attached revised site plans, which reflect the changes as requested in the plan
review dated August 20, 2019. Our response to each comment is shown below in bold.
NEW COMMENTS
1. The change to the location of the water line was not updated on sheet AO.
We have coordinated with the architect and it is out understanding that the
architect has updated the waterline on Sheet AO.
2. The purveyor for sewer is listed as OVWSD on sheet C1.0 should be COE.

10. 8.20.19 Rockery is shown on plan sheet AO. Needs to be shown on all plans and must
include top and toe elevations for each end of rockery and at every 2 ft of change.
The architectural plans included a "non -prohibited rockery" of 2' of less. We
have added that to the civil plans and referred to the architectural plans for
the details.
11. 8.20.19 Still outstanding. A Stormwater Covenant is required to be recorded...
Stormwater Covenant is included with this submittal.

4. 8.20.19 Entrance must be perpendicular to Edmonds Way for a minimum of 20 ft. In
reviewing the Geotech report, there are provisions for installing the construction entrance,
please show per report. 3.25.19 Future location of pervious pavement should be protected
to the extent possible. Please add fence to part of it at least. Orange protective barrier
fencing shall be placed at the drip line of trees to remain and around areas proposed for low
impact development techniques, such as rain gardens, infiltration systems, etc., to protect
the area from compaction.
The construction entrance has been revised and a not added for the protection and
inspection of the subgrade.
STORM
2. 8.20.19 Stormwater engineer will address if overflow discharge is not acceptable. If it is
acceptable then this comment is satisfied. 3.25.19 Show where the footing drains will
discharge.
There was no comment from the stormwater engineer, so we consider this satisfied.
