Re: Wall Elevation at 810 9th Avenue S. (BLD20151252),
Dear Sirs,
We have been retained by Scott Schreiber the owner/builder of the above captioned residence
to determine the as -built elevation of the top of the wall at the northwest corner. On, April 25,
2017, we dispatched a survey crew to the site to determine the elevation. Based upon these
measurements we find the elevation. to be 293.78.
The elevation is based upon original survey datum established for the topographic survey of the
property previously completed.
