(WRI) visited the 0.32-acre site located at 625 61h Street S in the city of Edmonds, WA in order to verify correct installation of the approved mitigation measures. Some small adjustments were made to the placement of the mitigation plantings and it is the opinion of WRI that these plantings meet the goal of stream buffer enhancement as well or better than the original planting plan. No changes were made to plant species or quantities. The approved mitigation measures called for the enhancement of 262 square feet of stream buffer. During our October 4, 2016 site visit, WRI vcrified the installation of the plant species and quantities per the approved mitigation plan (Critical Area Study and Buffer Mitigation Plan, March 9, 2016, WRI). The attached map shows the location of the planting areas.
