On October 4, 2016, Wetland Resources, Inc. (WRI) visited the 0.32-acre site located at 625 61h
Street S in the city of Edmonds, WA in order to verify correct installation of the approved
mitigation measures. Some small adjustments were made to the placement of the mitigation
plantings and it is the opinion of WRI that these plantings meet the goal of stream buffer
enhancement as well or better than the original planting plan. No changes were made to plant
species or quantities.
The approved mitigation measures called for the enhancement of 262 square feet of stream
buffer. During our October 4, 2016 site visit, WRI vcrified the installation of the plant species
and quantities per the approved mitigation plan (Critical Area Study and Buffer Mitigation Plan,
March 9, 2016, WRI). The attached map shows the location of the planting areas.

Regular maintenance, including irrigation during the dry season, removal of competing grasses
and weeds, and replacement of mulch as needed, as described in the approved plan is
recommended to ensure the success of this mitigation project.
Use of this Report
This As -Built, mitigation compliance report is supplied to Zach and Terra Mangum as a means
of evaluating installed buffer mitigation plantings. This report is based largely on readily
observable conditions and, to a lesser extent, on readily ascertainable conditions. No attempt has
been made to determine hidden or concealed conditions. Reports may be adversely affected due
to the physical condition of the site and the difficulty of access, which may lead to observation or
probing difficulties.
The laws applicable to wetlands are subject to varying interpretations and may be changed at
any time by the courts or legislative bodies. This report is intended to provide information
deemed relevant in the applicant's attempt to comply with the laws now in effect. The work for
this report has conformed to the standard of care employed by wetland ecologists. No other
representation or warranty is made concerning the work or this report and any implied
representation or warranty is disclaimed.
