was determined that the concerns raised were not addressed within the evaluation letter and does
not describe the approved design condition and post construction condition explaining why the
revised calculations are necessary, please provide an updated evaluation letter.
Please address the following within the updated.
a. Need to provide a revision to the stormwater plan for the bio-retention cells showing that
they can take on the additional impervious surfaces from the exiting asphalt parking.
Please provide comments and calculations comparing the designed bio-retention cells
and the constructed.
b. Please make sufe to show the i iffaee flows towafd eithef bie retention cell
i. If the bio-retention cells can receive additional impervious surfaces,
washed rock should be placed at the spillways.
c. Bio-retention cell near the new structure needs to have 6" of ponding depth.
2. RPBA/Cross-connection final needed.
The RPBA was inspected and it was found that there is no concrete pad (4" thick) installed, also
the RPBA unit itself needs to be raised in elevation (12" above the concrete pad). Per our Water
Quality Technician, Jeff Kobylk the assembly itself is good, though will need to be re -tested
once the assembly is brought to the correct height. Please see the attached detail E7.1 1.
Signage and striping
a. Handicapped sign needs Van Accessible signage.
b. Re -stripe of handicapped parking along James Street.
4. The installed asphalt along the curb (northeast comer, within the ROW) within Sunset will need
to be removed and replaced such that stormwater will flow to the catch basin nearby (deleting
standing water concerns on Sunset).
5. As -built sheets need to be provided.
a. Show utilities (cleanouts, materials, depths, slopes, rim and invert elevations) as
installed.
b. Show any changes to the site.
Upon completion of the above noted corrections,
