RECALL FOR INSPECTION F-1 REINSPECTION FEE MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO NEXT INSPECTION REQUEST. F-1 STOP WORK UNTIL AUTHORIZED TO CONTINUE BY CITY INSPECTOR Right of WU 1. Landscaping needs to be installed west of driveway approach on 2 1 01h St SW or paved per plans. 2. The 2' asphalt cut along both 2 1 01h & 72 d property frontages will need to be removed and replaced due to deterioration of asphalt work. Depth of asphalt needs to be 4" minimum and will need to be inspected prior to paving. 3. The stop bar and crosswalk striping needs to be repainted at 2 1 01h & 72 nd Ave W. 4. Catch basins in the street need to be cleaned adjacent to property as well as at the staging lot across the street. 5. Clean street and perimeter of the site of all construction and landscaping debris. 6. Community Transit yellow curbing needs to be established. Coordinate length of curb painting with CT. 7. Old yellow curbing on 72 d will need to be removed up to within a certain distance of the intersection at 2 1 01h . The City will follow-up with the exact lineal footage of required yellow curbing. 8. Sewer cleanout at property line needs to be city standard cleanout cover with 1/2" hex bolts. Refer to City standard details for exact part number. 9. City Sewer Division to inspect sewer lateral connection. This inspection will be coordinated by the Engineering Division. 10. Pavement compaction test report required for trench work within City ROW 11. Water meter box for irrigation system needs to be adjusted to provide 6" clearance ftom meter register to top of box. 12. Water meter box for domestic use shall have tracer wire extended into water meter box. 13. City Water Division to inspect DCDA and water meter boxes. This will be coordinated by the Engineering Division Onsite 14. All paved areas within the site shall be cleaned and sediment and debris removed. 15. City inspection records do not indicate the sanitary side sewer was inspection from the property line to the building. The side sewer line will need to be TV'd, with video record provided to the City. In addition, the side sewer pipe will need to be pressure tested. 16. The approved plans indicate a 6" side sewer cleanout is located within the asphalt drive on private property. This cleanout will need to be brought to grade and a cast iron cover installed. 17. City PreTreatment (WWTP) will need to perform a final inspection on the grease interceptor. This inspection will be coordinated by the Engineering Division. 18. Please provide documentation confirming filter installation for storm filter. 19. The stormwater detention system control tee needs to be installed. The orifice at the bottom of the control tee needs to be inspected prior to placing it in the storm manhole. 20. Ladder rungs and hand holds need to be placed in the manhole entrances to the storm vault as well as any other installed structure. Separation cannot exceed 12" from rim to first hand hold. 2 1. Need to mud all risers, pick holes and iron frames to concrete risers. 22. All catch basins, yard drains and the vault needs to be cleaned of all debris. This includes the existing storm manhole at the SW comer of the property where the onsite storm system outfalls. 23. Drains within the garage need to be cleaned and any filter fabric barrier removed. 24. Storm tiahtline along the west side of the building needs to be water tested to confirm connection to storm conveyance/detention system. 25. Install storm channel drain on the exterior of the entrance at the NE comer of the building. 26. Trash enclosure gate drop pins on the east gate do not line up with the pin holes. Please correct. 27. Construction debris shall be removed from within enclosure. 28. As previously discussed, the landscaped areas on site need to be compost amended. Washed rock was placed instead of bark, which could be acceptable as long as the soils beneath the rock have been compost amended. Upon inspection at the site, it could not be verified that compost amended soils had been placed. Please correct. Maintenance Bond 29. At project completion, a maintenance bond will need to be posted in an amount equal to 15% of the performance bond for ROW improvements and held with the City for 2-years. As noted during the final inspection, there are a couple of cracks in the new curb/gutter and/or sidewalk that will be watched during this 2-year period and replacement may be required at the end of the maintenance period. Replacement will be required sooner if the deficiency becomes public safety concern. The actions or corrections indicated above are required to be corrected by (DATE) prior to final.
