Response: New stormwater drainage from downspouts to tie into existing tightline which discharges
into existing City of Edmonds stormwater system.

However, the revised plans show the stairs being construction within the 30-foot storm -sewer
easement Structures are not permitted to be constructed within a City easement; the structure
can be constructed immediately adjacent to the easement Please revise the plans accordingly.
Response: Deck / stair revised to stay out of storm sewer easement. See floor plans for new
configuration and site plan for dimensions I location.
