In response to your itemized review commentary we are submitting our response for review with the
following responses (written in bold) to your comments (written in italics):

1. Change on the plans the specified minimum length in inches of the landing at the top of the ramp
from '44'to '48'per International Building Code (18C) 1012.6.3, Exception 2.
a. Dimension revised to show minimum length per IBC as well as actual
dimension (to be field verified per compliance with 1113Q.
2. IndIcate on the plans the maximum vertical r1se of 30 Inches of the ramp run per 1BC 1012.4.
