During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents including a written response to each
item below.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2 d floor of City Hall. Permit
Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, New updated standard details with new reference numbers, application and
other forms, and development code may be referenced on the City website: www.edmondswa.gov under

show on an updated site plan the location of the water service line in relation to the pillar at the
back of the water meter.

As shown on the previous fence site plan submittal, there is a city sewer main and easement at the
back side of the property. The city sewer main and easement will need to be accurately shown on the
updated site plan and the recently installed fence will need to be shown in relation to the sewer main.

A fence crossing the main and easement would be permitted, though a fence running parallel within
the sewer main that is within 10' of the main line is not permitted.
4/18/19 — Please address comment below in order to help with locating the city's sewer main
within the property (If you don't already have records that can be transferred over to updated
site plans).

sewer main be located at the back of the property.
