2 nd Review — April 30, 2019
2/20/2019 - ***Based on a meeting held with Coast Bank, City of Edmonds Engineering
Department and the Fire Department on 1/31/19, it was determined that a riser room, fire
sprinklers and DCDA would be required in order to allow for addition occupancy. For this
reason, we will need an updated site plan providing the following.
1. 4/30/2019 — Ok
2. 4/30/2019 - Ok
3. 4/30/2019 - Ok
4. 4/30/2019 — Per the city standard detail WA-180, a valve cluster will need to be installed at
point of fire line connection to the city water main.
a. Please update the Water Installation Notes on sheet C2.0 item #1 to reflect the
required install (call out all items to be installed on main line and fire line).
b. Because there is no proposed service tap, the 3' spool shown within the WA-180
detail should not be installed.
2/20/2019 - Show the proposed fire line connection from the city water main to the DCDA. As
well as connection to the building.
5. 4/30/2019 - Ok
6. 4/30/2019 — Pending new submittal, additional comments may follow.
2/20/2019 - Please note, additional comments not included in this review may be produced after
reviewing the next submittal.
