During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator. Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2 nd floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon. City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City website. I st Review — February 20, 2019 2 nd Review — April 30, 2019 2/20/2019 - ***Based on a meeting held with Coast Bank, City of Edmonds Engineering Department and the Fire Department on 1/31/19, it was determined that a riser room, fire sprinklers and DCDA would be required in order to allow for addition occupancy. For this reason, we will need an updated site plan providing the following. 1. 4/30/2019 — Ok 2. 4/30/2019 - Ok 3. 4/30/2019 - Ok 4. 4/30/2019 — Per the city standard detail WA-180, a valve cluster will need to be installed at point of fire line connection to the city water main. a. Please update the Water Installation Notes on sheet C2.0 item #1 to reflect the required install (call out all items to be installed on main line and fire line). b. Because there is no proposed service tap, the 3' spool shown within the WA-180 detail should not be installed. 2/20/2019 - Show the proposed fire line connection from the city water main to the DCDA. As well as connection to the building. 5. 4/30/2019 - Ok 6. 4/30/2019 — Pending new submittal, additional comments may follow. 2/20/2019 - Please note, additional comments not included in this review may be produced after reviewing the next submittal. 7. 4/30/2019 —Please provide within updated plan sets the city's standard Thrust Block details WA-150 & 151. 8. 4/30/2019 — Resubmittals for CLO, C2.0, C5.0 & C5.1 will need to be provided as 24"06" sheets.
